Fast service. Can't believe how clean you got my carpet!

Zerorez has cleaned our carpet 3 times and tile once. With previous carpet cleaning services, the carpet appeared dull and dirty a few days after cleaning. With Zerorez carpet does not appear to have residue on it. Last year I purchased the mop and water and that's all I use now. My husband discovered a couple of days ago that there is no streaking when he used it on the checkerboard tiled floor in his garage!

As for the tile cleaning we had done a couple of years ago, I was amazed by the way it looked when it was cleaned. We have the old style tile with the wide grout lines and it looked almost new after it was cleaned. I don't remember the tech's name who cleaned it but he said something to the effect that he was not able to get it as clean as he would have liked. I was shocked because it looked practically new to me!

I have referred Zerorez to friends. When I do so in the future, I will recommend they ask for Troy. Troy did not rush through the job. I saw that he went over the soiled traffic areas more than once. He also explained things about the carpet such as pooling that I had never heard of. Took the time to chat with us and that meant a lot to me.

The first time I had your company clean my tile I was so impressed. It was squeaky clean. That was the first thing I noticed this time, it was not squeaky clean this time. Later I noticed areas that looked dull. I got down and felt the area and it was dull and sticky. I cleaned that area with a damp cloth and it was better. I just don't think it was cleaned well.

The clean grout in our tile makes it look like a whole new floor! Love it!

Product works very well and our carpets look brand new even though they are 13 years old. The company also provides excellent service.

This was the 2nd time I have used you. First was for my own home, second was for a client (I am a real estate broker). When doing my home several months ago, I called the day after the cleaning to see if you could come back to catch some stains that had re-appeared. Would have paid for that service, but nobody ever called back. This time, work was done on time but just feel the pricing is just too high when compared to the competition. With the add on fees, I am unlikely to use you again.

We had an extremely positive experience in our home late yesterday afternoon with Tyrone! The cleaning results were outstanding, as we've come to expect from Zerorez. Equally outstanding was the customer service Tyrone provided in his interaction with us. He personally placed shoe covers over our shoes, then had us walk through every room with him. He made certain that we were completely satisfied with everything. We were. But if for any reason we had not been, he sincerely was happy to stay as long as it would take, and do whatever it would take, until we were completely satisfied. Customer service at that level is far too rare these days, and it was refreshing.

Tyrone's qualifications for being in our home and cleaning our carpets inspired confidence. Twenty-five years in the carpet cleaning business, including working for two of the well-known national franchises as well as running his own independent operation.
