Carpet cleaning was great. First name removed, your technician was great . Tile cleaning was okay, grout cleaning was not. Previously I hand clean a small section of grout myself and results on a very dirty area wee better. I hired you expecting cleaner grout, disappointed.
The Technician Kieth was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and I would highly recommend and request him again!!

I like NO SOAP. I like to use the extra water for spot removal. Have had excellent service. I have also had my tile done and am satisfied with that.

The citrus smell is great, and the non suds or chemicals in the cleaning product is the seller to me.
The gentleman that came to the home was polite and made sure I knew about the company and products even while I was half listening. I've used this company couple years ago to clean my carpet, back then i was pleased about the way it came clean as I am now. I will be using this company as long as your around to clean my carpet. BTW I love the business answering machine , its a good way to cheer someone up. Thank you.
My carpets always look clean and fresh and they dry quickly after being clean. The technicians that have come to our home have been efficient, friendly and have had a very neat appearance.

Just had carpets cleaned on 10/20 and had great service. The tech, Tyrone Winston, was pleasant amd quick. Explainrd what he was going to do and was effecient.

No soap residue. pre-treatmtent great and suction power picking up water fantastic, carpet also softer and cleaner afterwards. Eric, the tech did a great job, very thorough and educated me to boot, a good all around guy.

I valued there was no "odor" from the products; the end results from the cleaning was fantastic and the individual who performed the cleaning was knowledgeable and completed pre-work before starting the job.
Everyone was pleasant and pilot, from the person who booked my appointment, to the agent who called to verify and let me know when the technician would arrive to the technician himself. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough. The carpets were dry in about 4 hours and they did not have that stiff feel that other cleaners leave behind. I did not feel pressured to buy additional products and was given recommendations for what I could do in the future without making me feel like I needed to buy them right now. Purchased a bottle of your cleaning product and now I need to get the bigger bottle!!! It works miracles!!! Thank you.

Hello and Good Morning. We are very happy with the final results. It made such a huge difference. Our tech was so informative with various options and scientific details. He really knew the product along with great customer service. We actually have two dogs that kept escaping from the backyard back into the house and he was so nice and understanding about it. He did a fantastic job. We will definitely be in touch for future service. And the timing was perfect as well. We didn't sit around and wait for hours. He showed up exactly when he said he would. The service ended up being more that I thought it would and there are places that the grout is still dark. It looks a lot better than it did, I'm just not sure it's worth the money to clean it. This is the first time I've had grout cleaned... This is not a reflection on the technician! He was very friendly and professional. I'm just not sure the process is worth the money.
