I was charged for services not done, when I contacted the office o was told it was their mistake and that's money would be returned in a couple days since it was a weekend mind you my money was able to leave my account in seconds but to get it back it has not been possible ....extremely disappointed... I would NOT recommend you..
The carpets were nice and clean.
Professional, friendly, quick and not trying to "up sale" you on additional services.
Timely, professionals
Very professional. Did a great job.
The tile in my old house looked great!
Fast dry time and no humidity after or weird smells.
My carpet was loaded with food stains, but troy managed to conquer them all effortlessly.
Troy was professional and courteous. He was my favorite thus far, though each fellow that has come here was hard working and did great work.
Sean was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a terrific job cleaning carpet that was very dirty in some places. I would definitely like to have him come back when I need service next time.
I also liked the way the carpet felt...not "crunchy like when cleaned by other companies. It felt soft, clean and new!
No rezidue
Very fast and carpets looked great!
No residue!
This was my first experience with Zerorez and I was very impressed. The technician was on time, kept me informed of his findings and was very professional.
I like that it is a chemical free process. I would like to also say that my technician, Matt Nelson, did an EXCELLENT job. Of all of the times I have used your company, my carpet looks better than any other time (even though other times it looked very nice). He was also very courteous and put in a great effort to work on the problem areas in the carpet. He is a great representative for Zerorez.
No residue. . .nice smelling. ..quick drying
I like that it is a chemical free process.
I like the positive end results the most. Well trained staff and very professional.
Friendly and did an awesome job.
We really like everything about Zerorex and have been using them for years. Their cleaning products do an amazing job and are safe for our two dogs. Their technicians are so professional - polite, informative, friendly and skilled. The office staff is equally professional. They call the day before service and provide a two-hour arrival time. On the day of service they call 15-20 min. prior to their arrival. Thanks for a terrific job yesterday!!!
with a little one all over the floor I love not having to worry about chemicals. Also love how clean my carpets have stayed!
no harshness, no overpowering bleach smell
Eric was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable about the products and services being provided! He was efficient and extremely thorough. This is the second time we used Zerorez to clean our carpets, and love the fact that there are no soaps/chemicals used that leave a residue. Carpets are clean and soft again!!
My floor is really clean now after getting my tile floors scrubbed! I just wish the grout would have been cleaner afterwards! Very friendly service on the phone and a professional technician!! Overall it was a good experience!!
My tech was VERY professional. We set up a time and then got a smaller window. He arrived in that window with even a call beforehand to say he was on his way. He was professional looking and got right to business. The work that was done is AMAZING. He got rid of all the stains on my floor. Just an amazing service.
Very quick, and professional. Good job.
Very professional technician and carpets look great.
i felt the cleaner was a bit too chatty. It was a Monday, I am WFH, I appreciate the conversation and friendliness, but would really like to have someone be friendly and come in and "move and shake"...
Fast and clean.
