Very prompt. I requested as soon as possible and the came the next day. The quote they have me was spot on. The Tech came out professional and courteous. He did the typical sales pitch for add ins but at discounted rates, it was impossible to say no. My furniture, carpets, and tile look amazing! I will definately use their service again.

I never imagined that carpet and tile cleaning could be such a fun and pleasant experience. If your considering carpet and/or tile cleaning, don't pass up this great company.
The gentleman was nice and friendly. He did a great job and I would recommend your company to anyone. In fact my daughter would like to have her carpets done. She was impressed by the work that was done as was I.
I walked-in to the location in Gilbert for some cleaning to get the interior of my car done. I knew my car wasn't really in need of cleaning but I still wanted to to be taken care of because I wanted to address to stains on my passenger seat that were bothering me for awhile. While the associates were really great about working with my request to just get my front two seats done because the rest of the car isn't touched; the tech that was helping me seemed a little hesitant just with why he was doing and maybe could've been a little more conspicuous of asking his manager how much to charge me as I was in the lobby when I heard the tech ask, "how are we gonna charge him?"
As the tech also said most surface stains will come out the two stains I had on the seat weren't large but they were big enough to bother me, after the cleaning they became a bit smaller, but noticeably more ground in as I felt them and there was a crusty texture to them and the still smelled like grease and were fairly visible; and that was my primary goal in using Zerorez to clean my car was to get those stains out completely.

Clean and no odor
The workers showed me differences in the cleaning process using different chemicals.
Product did a great job cleaning some carpeting that I thought could look clean again. Also, a sample was done on some of our kitchen tile grout. I was amazed and plan to havezerorez clean my kitchen floor as well. No chemical odors.

On our tile there was a missed area. The liquid also leaked into the bathroom and pantry and makes those rooms look dirty now, when they weren't before.
