One of the rooms wasn't cleaned to expectation.
Make sure that if a customer is happy with the service tech they have been using that at the time appointment is set they are given the option to have that tech back when his schedule allows or have a new Tech.
Natural and great technicians.
We had a dog urine stain on our carpet and not only is the stain still there but it looks like the stain was attempted to be bleached over. BUT the bleach stain completely missed the urine stain and is right next to it. So now have a urine stain and a bleach white spot on our carpet. All other stains were not lifted out as well. Drips were left all over our floor that we are having to go back and clean. The guy who cleaned our carpets was very friendly though. Not sure if the poor cleaning was his fault or just your equipment/cleaning solutions.
I was completely amazed at how clean my carpets were when the job was done! We had MULTIPLE pet urine stains on light tan carpet in our bedroom, which I had tried unsuccessfully to get out on several occaions. Casey got them all out in no time! Same goes for the area rug in my living room, which we had tried to clean and thought we had ruined. When Casey was done...it looked like new! We are going to have him come back to do our tile and grout in the near future and look forward to the same success as we had with the carpets.

The service was exceptional and I like that you do not use soap and this avoids having soap buildup that seems to attract dirt.
It cleans the best of any carpet cleaners we've used. I now buy the 5 gallon container to use in my shark for the tile. And I like to keep the spray bottle to spot clean. It all works great!

Great friendly service but professional at the same time. The appointment time was perfect for my schedule and he was right on time. My carpet looks brand new! I couldn't believe all the stains came out of the carpet and my kitchen tile looks great as well. I will definitely call when I need you again.
We were extremely impressed with the way your product cleaned. It was very impressive!! but more impressive was Trey Rodgers the technician. He was unbelievable, he was driven to make sure we were happy with zerorez. He cleaned our carpet like it was his own home. If Trey is an example of the type of people you have working for zerorez then you have hit a grand slam!! I will come back and recommend zerorez and Trey to everyone I know. Brian was such a great guy....friendly while still professional. The job he did on my carpet was unexpected. They were so bad and he had them looking like new (or as new as old carpet can look). I've already told several friends and strangers as well.

Keep notes on the houses you have already cleaned. I expected my house to be charged for the same number of rooms as last time with no hassle but when the technician arrived he had to re-measure one room he thought may be too big (it was not) then he was unsure if he could do my MB closet because it was separated from the MB by tile. We cleared that up with his manager. In the end I was charged the same but it was an unnecessary hassle.
I didn't feel the grout was cleaned very well and felt I could have done better myself.
