The service was very expensive for the amount of space that needed to be cleaned. Even with considerations for the spots made by my pets, it was significantly more than I had
paid in the past for the same results. However, I did apprecaite the attention to scheduling.

Technicians were professional, polite, thorough, explained process well. Appreciate the "no soap residue" method. Supplied their own water (water in this area is notoriously poor.)Would definitely recommend to others.

I told the person on the phone I scheduled with the reason I needed service, because of dog urine in my carpet. I was quoted approx. $145. Well when the tech got there it was explained that there was a different procedure that I would need and it ended up costing me $400, big difference from what you advertise and make a person feel over the phone. WAS NOT THE SERVICE TECHS FAULT, HE WAS AWESOME! But miscommunication and improper answers and suggestions or what it could be in terms of cost when told we had a dog urine carpet issue to the phone schedulers needs work.

I didn't like the fact that the carpet is so wet when finished. Also I notice we have a 2inch wide shading stripe in every room cleaned!

I guess I expected more. Technician started in back bedroom and it looked amazing. He worked miracles in there but by the time he got to the last room the family room I felt like it was a quick once over. I have renter rug doctors that I personally used and it did a better job on the family room.

Carpets are cleaner than with other methods. We have three dogs so carpets can get very dirty, and Zerorez makes them look new again.
