I was very pleased with the great job getting all the stains out go the carpet. Also, the great service of being on time. The serviceman was very pleasant, helpful and considerant of the 2 cats running around.

I had the floors cleaned by this company 1 1/2 years ago and I was so impressed.,the technician was friendly and did a great job. This time the tech was less than friendly and although the floors look great they have a sticky feel to them and do bit feel clean at all

Overall the carpets just don't look any better than before I had them cleaned. My bedroom carpet now smells.
Carpet looks awesome. Employees were very professional.
My carpet has dark places all over. It is not evenly cleaned. In the bedroom by the bed... There is a reddish stain that was NOT there before and there is a blackish spot at that foot of the bed. These are areas where NO ONE walkes. Is impossible for someone to come out and check the carpet. Disappointed in the way the family carpet came out.

Even though the lady who scheduled my appointment on the phone had me count the # of cushions on our sectional to get the pricing right, when the cleaning guy got here he said it was $60 more than the quote :( I called about this the same day and got a call back from Shelley (ext 408) over a week later! I returned her call as soon as we got back from vacation and left a VM, it has been over a week again and I still have note heard back from her to resolve this upcharge.
