Punctual, thorough, and spotless floors!!

When I called I advised the closet (size of a hallway wide) was very smelly because of an enzyme that was used by a different carpet cleaning company and it needed what you guys advertised as a clean of odor eliminator that was deep in the padding . Representative stated that it was not a problem and it just had a charge of x amount of dollars per gallon , I did indicate it was the whole closet not just spots . When the employee showed up he advised they could only do spots not the whole closet . Had I known that I would not have hired zero rez . I do have to say though that the employee who came was very pleasant to work with . Polite and had great customer service skills so kudos to him .

My carpets look and feel amazing and clean! I also loved that it didn’t leave a stench or smell. We previously used to go through coconut cleaning and every time my carpets would smell musty and feel drenched. This time my carpets felt almost dry but a little damp which is perfect and no smell what so ever!
