Everyone that I spoke to at ZEROREZ was just super! First person I spoke to, Kelly, was very knowledgeable and patient, I had many questions. When I called back to schedule my service, they explained how things would work until the tech came to do the cleaning and things went exactly as they said! Arron Schuen, the tech, arrived on time the day of service. He was a very pleasant young man with a tidy appearance. Once again, he answered all my questions, set up his protective equipment (so not to mark my walls) and then got to work on my carpets. He did a great job. It was a pleasure to have Aaron in my home and I found him to be a hard working gentleman.

Fast drying method

I am not as happy this time as I was last time. I would still recommend your company but if was the first time I would not. There are still spots on my carpet and I feel like it was a rushed job.
