great product and worked really well
Steve was a friendly and knowledgeable service technician. He was honest and took the time to educate us about the tile and grout cleaning process. We did not feel like he was selling a product just to make a sale, but rather he really cared about our satisfaction with the end result.

My carpet looks great! There is no odor left behind. They dried quickly. My phone coversations were highly professional. Scheduling was easy. Carpet tech Al, was patient, polite and obviously a very hard worker.

You are too expensive. I had an area rug over the rug that would have been cleaned anyway and I was charged for the area rug. They didn't clean the rug underneath, the area rug was over the rug they were going to clean anyway.

The carpets look great but it was super expensive. I went ahead with it because he was already here. We have one room with carpet and it was $250, which is pretty crazy. I made the appointment online and put in the notes that I had dogs and stains. The quote started at $79 and knowing I had to at least get to the minimum charge I was hoping to do a carpet protector but instead a ton of money was tacked on for the pet stains

Everyone is very nice from the scheduling to the person who is cleaning your floors, they all know what they are doing - or will find out if they don't know & try to do everything to make sure you are satisfied.
