The technician had sprayed chemicals all over my furniture and somehow managed to knock a piece of wood out off one too. I called to get it fixed and they did have someone come out to fix it but all they did was color it in. I am very disappointed in the company because they never did call me back to confirm my satisfaction on the damaged piece.
Technicians are always polite and friendly. Joshua George who was our tech was also very informative. He told us about several services we didn't know you offered. Because of that we have scheduled another service next week. We like the products you use as they are not chemicals and that's important to us. Joshua did a wonderful job.

Extraction process of dirt on wool is terrific! Not crazy of abandoning premises till dry. Plan on back to back movies for the day.

I've used Zerorez for the last 5 cleanings. My carpet is of a very light color, Zerorez has
been the only carpet cleaner that I have been 100 percent happy with. This time I had 900 sf of tile cleaned, the tile looks amazing. The technician was very knowledgeable & pleasant. I would request him again for carpet service.

I was annoyed that they didn't send out the same technician as the one who did my consultation three days earlier, but once the new ones started I realized that the last tech was actually trying to rip me off. Zerorez did a great job, though there were a few spots that they didn't get up, I am pleased with the results. I will definitely be using them again. I just with that it wasn't so expensive, I mean for what I had done it wasn't to bad, but it was a lot of money to me.

Our carpet is 30 years old and had not been cleaned for quite some time. It looked great after the cleaning. No odor from the cleaning and dried quickly. Our tech, David, was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly. We are very happy with Zerorez service and results.
