Fast and courteous service
Everything and we especially appreciate our technician, Reagan Bluth. We will be moving soon and will need the carpets cleaned in our new older home. We will be calling Zerorez for the cleaning and will be requesting Reagan again as he does such a great job. It's kind of like we have our own private Zerorez technician :-)

Everything just comes out cleaner than the other carpet cleaning companies. No 'crunch' after the carpet dries, and the smell is light, yet really clean and refreshing.
I had a stain on one of my carpets that dissapeared when cleaned, but when the carpet dried the stain came right back.

I asked the man to clean the corners by the toilet, in the bathroom he didn't do any of them, he did a couple by the shower. I asked how under the counters in the kitchen would be cleaned and he said by hand, and their is still some dirt under them. We moved all of the furniture out of all of the rooms so that we could get the floor cleaned very good. It was cleaned very good out where the machine cleaned however nothing was cleaned around any edges or corners.
They use corner protectors to protect your wall corners from damage that might occur from the tubing they pull around with them. Workman are courteous and professional.

Overall, I think Robert Did a good job and he is an amenable fellow. As for the process itself, in the very few traffic areas, I was hoping for a better result. Most of the rest of my carpets were already quite clean.

This is first time using Zerorez. The carpets and tile floors came out looking very clean, especially the tile grout which looks like new. The service technicians were very friendly professional.
