Your employees are knowlegible about carpet cleaning. They are well groomed and so very polite and considerate.

I only thing I was sad about is I told the gentleman on the phone when setting up the appt I had heard about the special on104.7. He said we could certainly have the special. I though only have two bedrooms with carpet and the stairs. He asked how many floors and I said the bedrooms are on the third, there are carpeted stairs from the first to the second floor then another set that are carpeted up to the third floor. He quoted a price and I agreed.
When the cleaner arrived he said he'd have to charge me another $75 for the stairs bcus only one set of stairs were charged for and two bedrooms.
I had to give up having the set of stairs that go up to the bedrooms. Which saddened me.
I mentioned how I told the man twice how many stairs and he still quoted me a price.
The young man said he has to check everything before he starts and he was sorry but could add another 75 and do the stairs to the 3rd floor .
I chose to just do the set coming up from the 1st floor as they were the dirtiest.
I want to say the carpets he did are beautiful and I thank him for doing a great job.
Please let the young man know how happy I am and I will defiantly pass along to my friends to use zeroRez and pass on those others.
Wish I would have known beforehand it was going to be more and I could have allocated for it in the budget. Oh tell Kevin the cleaner the reason my card didn't go through is he put in the wrong expiration date. I called Merrick bank and asked and that's what they told me.
Please please let Kevin know he did a fantastic job. As for the nice gentleman I made the appt with , please explain to him I'm a little unhappy as I told him and explained in detail about the stairs.
We have hardwood on the second floor no carpet.

I have used ZeroRez twice in the past several years and I really like your Company and the 2 servicemen that have come to my home Devon was incredibly nice, professional and was able to answer ALL my questions without hesitation. When he found an area of concern, he came and got me and explained in detail what he was worried about. I had 2 sofas cleaned and then I wanted to add 2 additional sofas and 2 side chairs in Living room. Devon checked for cleaning instructions and called his boss to discuss and it was decided that these items needed to be Dry Cleaned or could be damaged. I appreciated that he took great care to make sure nothing happened to my furniture. Devon was at man home for at least 4 hours and he only stopped to have some water and answer my questions. He is a great representative for your company I would give him an A+ and would be proud to have him in my home again.

A neighbor walked in while Devon was at the end of the cleaning process and she had lots of questions Devon was very nice to her and explained about the process She was going to call and set up an appointment.

Last week I was scheduled to have my carpet cleaned. On my way home from a doctors appointment I had a flat tire. I called to reschedule.
I mentioned to one of the Zero Rez sales associates, Kelley that I would need to reschedule to a later time and I was 9 months pregnant. She accommodated me by sending Paul for my carpet cleaning. He was so kind and professional and assured me that he is able to take care of all the carpet cleaning and asked me to sit as he had heard I had a tough day. So impressed!!!!! But it doesn't end there..... I received a card from Kelley, the sales associate with a really adorable onsie wishing us luck with the baby and acknowledging my tough" day. Honestly I haven't seen this level of professionalism and customer service in a very long time. I highly recommend zero Rez. By the way my carpets look good too!
