Stains where not gone for the price I paid !

Service technician was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and committed to doing a good job. Additionally, cleaning without chemicals was a key factor for us.

Robert was efficient and friendly, did an extremely great job on my carpets which were in bad shape.

They actually worked on my 13 year old carpet. They look like new and saved alot of money on purchasing new carpeting.

Our appointment time was not respected. We took off work to stay home, only to be told our appt. was in the afternoon. Then, after juggling to be accommodated, we were told the techs would be there in 20 minutes, which was in reality 35 minutes. The picky measuring is ridiculous. We had spots that are already showing back up. The bathroom floor is still wet after 24 hours and smells musty. I have a $7 fee on my bill that I don't understand.
Other than those things, the carpets do look good.

The guy that cleaned out carpet was so professional and took such pride in his work. Our carpet has never looked this good except when it was brand new. He was also very nice.

The entire process was very efficient, from making the appointment to having my carpets cleaned. The cleaning technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to "guarantee" every problem was going to be resolved, the way some carpet cleaning people do. He advised me not to put the furniture back in place until the carpet was completely dry, which he said would be several hours. Lastly, it's only been two days, but from what I can tell, he was able to get pretty much all the problem areas cleaned!
