Very professional gentleman great service
Amanda from Zerorez arrived promptly as stated, she got started right away, cleaned all carpets, tile, grout, sealed, and went above and beyond on the cleaning. I love the products used in the cleaning... Everything is so fresh smelling without burning eyes or activating my allergies. Great job!
James, the assigned technician showed his expertise and professionalism as he gave me advise and options in cleaning my carpets without having to press me on a decision that would be expensive for me in the end.
Maybe help vacuum if customer isn't able to before they show up!

i asked the tech to let me know when he wanted me to move a bed so he could

I've used zerorez before on a few occasions and have been highly satisfied. This time however, there places within the tile cleaning that didn't seem to clean as well as what they have in the past.

The property is a vacant rental other than a few items left by the new tenant. I have three properties for which I have used your service many times - a repeat customer. I met the technician to review the cleaning needs for which he estimated time to complete was 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I had to return to my home to meet tradesmen for a remodeling project and asked that he phone me near the completion of the job as I live only 1 1/2 miles from the property. We confirmed the phone number on the order/invoice. He took my credit card information, which at that time I felt comfortable in that your company had gained my trust. I returned home and after 3 1/2 hours, believing the carpet cleaning was completed, I returned to the property to find the technician has departed. I used the front entrance to gain access; the security alarm was not set, of course, he does not know the code. However, the door to the garage was unlocked and the garage door closed. First issue: The tech. did not follow my instruction to call me; Second: How did he exit the property? Third, the property was not secured. Fourth, the obvious soiled area in the family room was still visible. Upon discovering, with dismay, these issues, I phoned your office and reported it to a representative. She said she would have a personal of authority phone me within a couple hours.....I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM EITHER THE OWNER OF ZEROREZ OR AND OPERATIONS PERSON. The entire matter has been very disturbing and alarming. So, much so, I will be calling my bank to cancel the business credit card I used for payment closed as the distrust created by the technician makes me very uneasy.
I wish to have someone of authority at your company call me Phone number removed) to discuss this matter and to have another technician return to the property to clean the soiled area not cleaned. Keep in mind, that I too have a very busy, demanding schedule; I'm attempting to ready the rental for a new tenant on Monday, and to have another technician for a second cleaning, places demands on my time.

Kevin your technician was very friendly and explained everything he was doing to treat my carpet and broke down the price before he started the treatment. My carpets look great. Including the carpet on my stairs and area rugs!!!!
Provide an exact time for service. No window of,service like 9-11 or 2-4. ,people are busy and time is precious

I've used them about 6 time's now and they are great.
My carpets and chair came out looking better than I dared hope. I especially want to give credit to the technician, Amanda Boles, who did a great job! Next time I will ask for her specifically to do my work again.
Now i am going to see how long it takes for the spots and dirty areas to reappear to see if using no soap really works.

The quality of the work was great, but I found you to be more expensive than the previous companies I have used. My usual company cleans my couch for $75, but the gentleman who came from Zerorez quoted $199 for the same couch.
