Your serviceman James was very professional and did an excellent job of dealing with a difficult situation of pet stains. We were very pleased.
I need sub-extraction. I know a lot of your product was used, but it cost me more to deal with two stains than to clean 3 whole rooms. I think that was excessive and expensive. But she did do a good job.
Keven was on time, actually a bit early which was nice and finished in a timely manner. Carpets looked really good afterward.

You are very thorough and the carpets look new when you are finished cleaning them. They don't take all day to dry either which is nice. I only get charged for the services that are needed and I am not nickel and dimed.
We've used Zerorez before and we'll likely use you again. This was the first time that we'd had multiple surfaces done though and I have to say WOW! IMPRESSIVE! He was in and out and through the three different surfaces (carpet, tile, and wood laminate) like the true professionals we know you to be. It was really something to see. Tremendous job! Our realtor commented that the carpet looked like new, which of course was the goal but we weren't expecting. Great job again Zerorez! A pleasure doing business with you! Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the work
Carpet was left soft and clean and our serviceman was very thorough and friendly.
It didn't seem like the tile/grout cleaning was very good. I was able to clean grout with a sponge and water with very little effort. I would have thought that professional cleaning would have cleaned the grout better than a sponge and water. The carpet felt crusty, not sure if this is normal, also the indents from the furniture are still there. Again, I thought a professional cleaning would remove, or at least make them less prominent.

I felt I paid for multiple services $600+ but since there was so much to do each service didn't get the attention it deserved. Carpets had stains still, whereas last time the guy doing it got them spotless. And tile had didn't look complete, like quick job rather than thorough. In the end, I might use you again, but NEVER order so many services at once. I felt the guy had to get to his next appointment rather than get the job done. Acceptable, but not super happy.

Carpet looks great
We have used Zerorez several times in years past and have always been very happy. However, this last time was different. We feel the results weren't as good as they normally are and some stains remain that we feel should've come out a little better. The guy who came was very friendly and professional, so we have no complaints about him personally. We just feel the carpet didn't turn out looking as good as it has in the past. We also both noticed that he seemed to finish rather quickly compared to what we remember the cleaning process taking in the past. Whatever the reason, we were fairly disappointed with how our carpets look after this last visit because our expectations of Zerorez have been set so high in the past.
