Absolutely everything. Service was fantastic, called 15 minutes ahead and rep, Sam, was prompt, courteous. Sam explained what he was doing and was very thorough. Removed a few spots and asked our opinion before he continued on. The house spelled great while he was cleaning and after. Very prompt & quick! My carpets are very old & were very worn after renting out my house for 4 years. Evidently the renters never cleaned them so James had a battle before him. They looked pretty good after he finished. I have used Zerorez several times & have been happy every time. I just need to buy some new carpet!

I excepted the carpets to be less wet after the cleaning. I am glad we had 24 hours for it to dry before moving. I couldn't imagine if we were living there.

I have to have a second trip to my home because the smell was not removed the first time. I explained to the tech, James, when he was here about it. I also let him know that I knew there was an added expense. But the order was not removed. I am not pleased about having to wait another day and taking time out of my weekend to wait for a second trip.

There was some visible dirt left behind in the kitchen. I was expecting a much more thorough clean.
