The tech who serviced our home did a great job on the carpets and was very courteous and professional from start to finish.

You always do such amazing work with my very old, poor quality carpet.
I moved out of our house and needed an "exit" cleaning. We had several problem areas including a surprise black streak left by a rolled up rug under a bed. We also had a little rust under a file cabinet. Zerorez got both out and I was very pleased with the results.

We chose this company because we have a newborn baby and love the fact that hey do not use chemicals! Our technician was so beyond knowleagble about his services, that I even asked him if he himself was the owner of the company! Amazing customer service and highly reccomend then to anyone and everyone!
Over the years we've had carpets cleaned....this is the first time I've witnessed "steam" emitting from the hand held cleaner. Usuually warm or hot water is used for cleaning by competitors. To me this means you deliver what others don't....steam cleaning! Thanks for making our carpet really clean!
Had my tile grout cleaned yesterday and its doesnt look any better. Very disappointed.
