Should focus on offering repeat customers more discounted offers instead of them paying full price as a first time customer.

Our technical was very friendly and explained everything well. After everything dried I noticed several spots that didn't look really clean. I don't know if that was because she did a sealer on the tile then mopped over it or what. That would be my only criticism.

The job was quickly done and done well. Joel did excellent work...and when I offered him a $10 tip, he told me kindly that Zerorez employees do not accept tips, but thank you anyway.

Altogether, it was a great service and a good, honest servant.

It's a matter of perceived value. The work was Ok. We had to remind the crew they forgot to do a room as they were packing up and ready to go. High traffic areas were done so so. We had 2 couches done and they looked nice. Also a good job on the tile. We paid over 700.00 for the service, Still seems quite high to me. Crew of 2 was here maybe 2 hours or a bit longer. Thought 500.00 dollars for what we got would have been more than fair.
We have been happy in the past with your service, but likely will look around a bit next time. Your company is moving out of our price range.

Professional service people. Show up when they say they will. Call ahead, do great, conscientious work and are personable.

I should’ve called sooner, normally everything is great and we love your service. The first two rooms that we’re done we’re good. Then the technician said he needed to drain his water tank into my cleanouts. They were not able to find my cleanouts so they brought their hose all the way through into my master bedroom bathroom.

First of all this is unacceptable I’m not responsible for giving them space to drain their tank. Aren’t you a professional business?. Their hose leaked the gray water onto the floor they cleaned it up but they missed a puddle in the main room that they brought the hose through. The floor was concrete so we cleaned it up. But I think as a result of them being concerned about how much water was going into the tank they rushed the last room. It’s really not as good as it should’ve been. The guy sprayed some stuff on the carpet in the master bedroom to help with whatever might’ve spilled there. But overall I was not impressed this is probably the fifth or sixth time we’ve used your company. My number is Phone number removed the address was 3323 S. Holbrook Ln., Tempe. The technician was excellent! Did an excellent job on a very dirty carpet. I needed to have it done ASAP and that need was met! Will recommend to everyone!

Left spots of residue from spot treatment (?). Didnt use the brush as part of the 3 step cleaning process. Having to take additional time out of my schedule to have the issue rectified.

I was so lucky to get Patrick as my Zerorez tech. My carpets are old and tired, I doubted they would get very clean. Using the $125.00 three room special w/ added environmental fee came to 139.99. I chose the family room, bedroom and guest bedroom. The three rooms I chose had heavy traffic areas. Patrick walked each room with me before he started. I showed him the worst areas, and the ghost of spots I tried to remove, the fibers just laid flat. He explained the Zerorez process. After each room was thoroughly cleaned he showed me the results. The carpets were fluffy, clean and almost as good as new. Each room smelled fresh.I was beyond pleased with the results. Patrick did a great job. Because Zerorez uses no soap or detergents there is no crunchy feel. My carpets relinquished dirt ground deep in the weave and pad that other carpet cleaning companies left behind to re-attract dirt. Worth the price because it really works!

The service we received from our tech, Troy Wagner was exceptional. This was his second visit to our home to clean the carpets. He arrived right as scheduled, did a through job, attended to small details while working, was cheerful, polite and friendly during the entire time. Would definitely request Troy again and recommend him and Zerorez. Thanks!!

The gentleman forgot something, had to have another truck bring the machine. Then said were ready and then another one of their machines would not work, had to have another truck bring them another machine. What should have been 1 hour took 3
