Technician was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Product was nice and cleaned the floors well.

We had to have a redo as after the carpet dried, there were spots left. Also the the excess grout sealant material was not removed well. The tech came in yesterday and did an awesome job in cleaning up the spots and excessive sealant. It also appeared that our kitchen grout was not originally sealed. this was remedied and cleaned up very well with no excessive residue. The tech was very friendly and professional, and would not take a tip! This shows me the high level of ethics and professionalism in your organisation.

The tech Tyrell (Sp?) was great and my carpets haven't looked this great after being cleaned in as long as I can remember.
There are no chemicals used in the process. The techs are always friendly and always clean.
On time and did a great job. These carpets were a wreck and he came right in and went to work. No real managing of expectations which I liked.

Residue left in several corners of a couple rooms. I assume it's the "orange-based cleaner".
I asked the tech NOT to wet my hardwood floors but rather than direct his spray wand away from the wood, he said he would mop it up when he was finished.
The good news is where the grout appeared to be badly stained...came clean. And parts that looked clean at first are now darker. It's hard to fathom.

Grout cleaning process cleaned my grouts. Technician was professional, and very concerned about my satisfaction. I highly recommend zerorez.
I was not really happy with how the shower came out. I had not looked at it by the time that the technicians left because the carpet in the bedroom was still wet. Around the edges of the shower looked like it had not been done at all.
The carpet was a little stiff and crunchy but that is probably to be expected.
Other than that I think everything else came out very nice.

It's easy to schedule. The pre-appointment contact is good. The technicians are prompt, courteous, efficient and do a thorough job. The price is what is expected and although there are additional add-ons made available, there is no pressure if declined. The carpets look and feel clean when finished and stay clean longer.
The guy was super nice. I was very happy with how all the tile looked. I had just heard such great things about you guys getting carpet looking amazing and the stains and wear on the carpet just didn’t come out as I had hoped and thought would.
