I love that my carpet looks and feels clean not harsh or rough from after being cleaned. I love the idea of cleaning my carpet without chemicals and just using water in the form it is used to clean makes the process so much better for my home and carpets.

Affordable quality and salespeople that offer upgrades but don’t push if you decline. My carpets looked fantastic after cleaning and I paid the quoted price.
The majority of the carpet looks great. However it looks as though the carpet next to the doors of the rooms was not cleaned properly if at all. There was a pretty noticeable color difference in the carpet when it was cleaned, which was wonderful. However, the color and texture look darker and the texture is even different around the door jams. There are a couple of these spots that were cleaned properly, but the majority of them are not which it very disappointing considering the cost of services and the high reputation of zerorez. If zerorez would send someone out to fix this issue my recommendation would be a 10.
The technician was very professional and did a very good job. We were very pleased with his work. Unfortunately, we do not remember his name. He serviced our house on Saturday, 18 August. We will definitely recommend your company to our family and friends. And look forward to using your company again in the future.

Our Technician Joshua George was on time, Friendly, Knowledgeable and did a great job on our carpet and upholstery. Carpet was soft after it was dried. We are very pleased with ZERORZ and would recommend to everyone. I posted a pic on FB and many of my friends will be giving you a call.
