Zerorez service is easy to schedule and the service is great. I love how my carpet feels and looks once they've cleaned them.

The really appreciate Zerorez. I'm big on service and Shane represented his company well with how well he treat my wife and I. He suggested an upsell service that made sense based on my family's needs, helping us and the company. On time-professional work
The guy who came out to do the carpet cleaning was fantastic. However, even once the carpets were clean nothing looked different. The carpet in multiple spots was "hard" and felt worse than before it was cleaned. We asked for treatment for pet smells and within 2 days the smell was back just the same, despite the worker saying they couldn't smell it much prior to doing treatment even. It feels as if we hadn't even had our carpets cleaned.
Like the guy that cleaned my carpet but the pee spots did t really come out.

What I like about the service/products of Zerorez is that you service my area, and your business is dependable! Zerorez employs the best and the employee who came to my home was professional and knowledgeable about the products and services he was about to utilize. I'm amazed at how my carpet looks brand new and will now have my carpets done every six months thanks to Zerorez coming to my area. Thank you Zerorez (And a shoutout to the cleaner who came to my house! No directions needed to find my house, very courteous, professional, and will request him every time).

When I initially called to get estimate and possible appt I spoke with Liz. She was very pleasant and made the call feel like a friendly neighbor call. Appt was was schedule within a few days. We had a basic carpet clean. Mark our cleaner was friendly and professional. Went over options prior to the start, called prior to arrival and had an easy smile. Our carpet looks GREAT. I felt the price was very reasonable and definitely worth it. I have already recommended them to friends. My only "if only" would be, I had asked if my neighbor, who recommended Zerorez to us could earn any future discount for referring us and was told there was not any.
Easy to schedule. Technician arrived with in the agreed time frame. Technician was friendly and professional . We are satisfied with the results.

I had you clean my carpets last year, great job.
So this year I want my tile floors and grout cleaned, I’ll admit they’re better. But not great so I’ve been spending the last 2 hours on my hands a knees with a grout product and stiff brush. There is a 80% improvement over your process.
I certainly could not recommend you company to provide this service.

Our bedroom carpets had never been cleaned and were quite soiled. Robert did a great job and left them looking and feeling almost new. We are very pleased with the service.

The person was very nice but my carpet now feels like rubber and hard. There is a residue left on the carpet evidently and looks nothing like the fake pictures you have on Facebook.
