Everything. From the first phone call setting up the appointment, friendliness of staff, easy website with lots of information, and finally to the technician - all very professional and he did a great job on our carpet.

I have never used Zerorez but took this opportunity to try them. I will not be choosing them again. The associate that cleaned the carpets was very courteous and professional and for the most part clean. He suggested we wait 6-8 hours before we walk on them to ensure they were dry. We did leave most of the areas until the next day but our bedroom we went in that night. I noticed that the carpet felt "hard and crunchy" or stiff but thought it just needed to get good and dry and then I could vacuum and it would go back to the nice soft fiber it was before the cleaning. I did not find this the case in any of the rooms. I vacuumed the entire house and still notice that the carpet is not soft as it was before the cleaning. I still find after a week it has not softened up like the areas not cleaned. I will go back to the competitor as they never left the carpet feeling hard and crunchy.

The service technician did a fantastic job and answered my questions knowledgably. The products clean well and do not leave the carpets feeling stiff or sticky.

Cleaning was done well and on time. Service person was knowledgeable and courteous. It was easy to schedule.

Many spots did not come out and appear to be new spots that were not there before. Unless I specified pointed to a stain it appears all others were not addressed. Chair did not come clean.

The price is competitive. The staff has shown competency. The results are acceptable.

The person was very nice but my carpet now feels like rubber and hard. There is a residue left on the carpet evidently and looks nothing like the fake pictures you have on Facebook.

Zerorez service is easy to schedule and the service is great. I love how my carpet feels and looks once they've cleaned them.
