1) First - I want to tell you how frustrated I was wnen I got a text around 12:45 that said the
Zero Rez people had knocked on our door 2 times and called 2 x and since noone answered
they left and we could reschedule by calling. My husband was home ALL morning and when
I got home at 1:00 he answered the door. I called and the Zero Rez person answered and told
me the story - said they would reschedule for 2:00.
2) I stayed home with my husband. - and waited for them. at 2:00 I got a text saying they had come to the house and knocked on the door 2x and since no one answered I should reschedule.
I called the office, again the girl who answered said she would check it out. yep they said the y
knocked on the door and got no answer. I WAS 6 FEET FROM THE DOOR -NEVER EVEN KNOCKED. They said someone would come out at 3:00
3} At approx 3:00 Dameon W. came, l istened to him as he , apologized for the Company, and explained what he was going to do and proceeded to do a great job. I have used Zero Rez in Calif for YEARS and thanks to Dameon I will continue to use them. I NEVER would have
called them again had Dameon not come with lhis professional manner and good people
skills and concer n over doing a great job. If he not there I will not use your services again.

This was I believe the 3rd time I used Zerorez and I was disappointed. I called weeks in advance to schedule my appointment for an early morning time slot, and was told at the time of my booking that I was the only one scheduled for that day and that getting started early should not be a problem. I received a phone call advising me that my Service Technician would be late and coming after my time slot period, which was not the news I was looking to hear. I was given a discount on my service, however, I was still disappointed and the delay in starting my cleaning put me behind (timing wise). Additionally, I was told by the Technician that he could use a "special tool" to reach the corners and edges of the carpet where there was heavy dust/dirt stains. The Technician said he did not have to use that tool afterall, and was able to clean with the regular equipment; the Technician was incorrect, the regular tool did not reach or remove the dirt/dust marks in the carpet in those edges and corners and I still have marks on my carpet. Additionally, the Technician did not even wear shoe covers over his shoes when cleaning, and never put up the protectors around my wall corners/molding the way the previous Technician's did when they came to our home. I do not like to speak negatively about anyone or company, however, after this third service with the company, I really was not happy or satisfied with the results.
No harsh chemicals and the service is quick.

I really liked that our carpet did not feel stiff after the cleaning. I wish I could have afforded to do my whole house but maybe I will finish the other rooms at a later date. The professionalism of the person that came into my home was excellent. The product used picked up all the stains and they have not popped up again. Thank you so much for such a great job!
