Then first time I used your services I was very happy. This cleaning was not done as well. The carpets were not pre-spotted before cleaning. The finished work does not look clean

Our technician, Joshua, was a terrific carpet cleaner! He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, professional and a friendly person to have in our home for several hours. He made our carpets look new again! I wouldn’t use anyone except Zerorez in the future.
I moved the couch and chairs into the center of the room prior to the service. I discussed this with the tech and offered to move them when he was ready. They were never moved leaving large stains in the middle of the living room. I wish we would have left everything in place if the plan wasn’t to move anything.
