You guys don't give the booties anymore to your employee or customers (at my cleaner told me that when I asked about them). And you've gotten really expensive. I'll likely shop around in the future.

I’ve used your company a few times over the years. The guy I had in December was fantastic. The guy that came most recently, I didn’t realize until I got the bill that he didn’t actually do what I asked. I wanted sub level treatment for a few pet stains. He said they weren’t as deep as thought. But the pet stains and smells are still there. He soaked those areas like was done last time. He did not use the sub level suction like last time though. Those spots stayed smelly and wet until I put huge fans blowing directly on them for hours longer. So maybe re train him and I’ll make sure to request a different tech next time.
The spots on the carpet remain after the treatment. We even paid extra for the cleaning and protection.
The service was very good. Appt set up was easy. Staff was very friendly and prices were were reasonable. Carpets also look great!
