Very friendly and my carpets look like new again! They did a fantastic job at getting my carpets clean and the two gentleman who came to my house were very friendly and thorough! I would definitely recommend them!

The only disappointment was this survey. I do not make recommendations because if something goes wrong, I end up getting the blame. That has happened to me in the past, so I learned not to make recommendations. Why not ask if I was satisfied with the service? That I could answer, and I would have answered in the affirmative. The technician who serviced my house was a very presentable, courteous, young man who answered all my questions and explained the procedure step by step. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. Give him a raise!

The Service Tech was amazing. He was super nice and did an amazing job. He actually cared about the service he was providing besides rushing and trying to finish the job. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times. When you have the right person it’s easy to make the company shine. Great Job! Keep it up!

12 hours to dry is too long. No booties supplied was a disappointment.

prompt, easy to make appt. Professional-I am a Realtor, have had my clients call them and also use them personally. Although I know the add ons can extend the life of my carpet, however, it cleans well, is in great shape so I just go for the basic.

The technician, Matthew, was very thorough and personable. I didn’t think our carpet could look this good. He did an excellent job on both the carpets and the tile. The whole house feels and smells clean. Zerorez is every bit as good as they advertise.

Zerorez is my only go-to for cleaning my tile floors! Jordan did a terrific job cleaning all my tile!

Technician did a great job.

The cleaning of the carpet was good. I talked to my check about an odor in one of the rooms. It is basically maybe 6 x 6‘. We didn’t talk about the charges, but if I’m paying 120 to have three rooms cleaned, I wouldn’t have expected $260 for outer removal! Needless to say I was shocked. And the room really doesn’t smell any different. I never would’ve paid that. Had I known the price. Maybe that was my fault for not asking. I don’t mean this to reflect on my tech because he did a good job cleaning the carpets and was very friendly.
