When I scheduled the service I mentioned in the notes that we had area rugs. When the technician arrived he tested the rugs and said they would need to be sent in for cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, but I believe that someone should have explained this before his time was wasted on a service call. In addition the price for cleaning will be hundreds more than the original quote. This may be your business model, but it falls short of my expectations. Thanks for asking.

The carpet was cleaned in a timely manner and dried very quickly.
The guy had to come back twice. I asked for an experienced guy with Berber and I don't think I got it. It's not great the second time but it's better than the first.
Polite, professional snd fast….
Stains were not removed. I did go back and use a SPOT SHOT carpet cleaner after wards and I was able to remove the spots.
The matted areas did not seem cleaned or unmated. It’s as if HE had not come at all. Normally there is a fresh citrus scent. There was none of that..

My service technician was communicating as to his arrival, was very courteous and quick. My carpet looked absolutely beautiful after he was done. I didn’t believe that the soiled areas would come out as well as they . I would definitely recommend this company to clean my carpets again or anyone’s carpets, the ease at which you’re able to schedule and get a quote is amazing.
