Very clean and professional

I recently had the pleasure of having Cody come to my home to clean my couch and chairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment he arrived, his friendly and personable demeanor made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns about some stubborn stains and explained the cleaning process in detail, which showed his genuine care and professionalism. Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure every inch of my upholstery was spotless, but he also treated my home with the utmost respect, leaving everything looking and smelling fresh and clean.

What truly stood out was how well Cody interacted with my dogs. He was so gentle and kind with them, even taking a few moments to play before getting to work. It was clear he genuinely loves animals, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. The attention to detail, the extra effort, and his incredible attitude made this the best upholstery cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I am beyond grateful for Cody’s exceptional service and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for quality cleaning with a personal touch.

Never heard back from the technician after letting them know that there will still stains present in the chair that was cleaned. Never was told of your 30-day insurance policy so I went with another company. It’s unfortunate to have paid and tipped the technician and then was never responded too.

I have used ZeroRez carpet cleaners twice in the last 18 months. They send multiple reminders of date and time and make a phone call to you one day before. They arrived well inside the two hour window, confirmed the job and the price, then immediately begin work. The end result has been beautifully clean carpets, both times.

Booking was very easy… the explanation of room sizes could be better described, but overall not bad. My tech was very patient as I was finding out what the fabric was on my couch so that he cleaned it properly. I didn’t watch him work but could hear all the work he did on the couch from the other room and he worked his tail off. I was shocked that my off white couch was more white after all…lol!

the person did not take the time to clean the carpet mostley in the mast. bedioom, it did not look clean at all !! the tile had a lot of stains showing still. he hardly spent any time on the area rug , less then 10 min. i feel he did a very sloppy job !! & we paid a lot for the service 374.00 i did not get my monies wirth

Well, you did it again!

Branden made my 9 year old carpet look great, again. I hesitated trying one more time to have it cleaned and am so happy I did. Brandon gave so much time and effort working to clean the carpet and he did such a good job.

There are a couple of things I love about using Zerorez...first, the efficiency. I am always kept informed and never have to "wonder" about my appointment. Secondly, the people you hire to represent your company. They keep me informed about arrival time, etc. and are polite, work hard and care about doing a good job.

Needless to say, I highly recommend Zerorez and who knows, maybe next year I will make an appointment to have my 10-year old carpet cleaned again! :)

Possibly take a little more time in doing a requested “power scrub” that is requested. I had Feb 6 appointment & told Tech what areas needed “power scrub” and from the time he was in and out of my residence with his equipment, it was 12 minutes....I live in a Trailer.

The Service cleans the carpet effectively. It looks like new. Serviceman is courteous & efficient.

Techs are on time, friendly, respectful and do a great job cleaning. We’ve used them for both tile and area rugs. They put up protection for corners. The filthy tile had probably never been cleaned before we bought the house but once Zerorez finished, both the tile and grout looked new. We recommend them highly. Part of the white border on the area rug didn’t look as clean as the rest of the border. I mentioned that to the person on the phone and he sent someone out to take care of it right away. Now all of the borders look clean. When I gave the tech a candy bar as a small tip, he was genuinely surprised and happy. So few young people express gratitude that it was really wonderful to see! Each tech we’ve had over the years has been genuinely nice.

The product you use to clean is very good. There is no detergent left in the carpet.

The people who come to do the carpets are pleasant, energetic, thorough and explain everything clearly and also ask if you have questions.
The texture of my carpets after cleaning is like a soft blanket. i love softness on my feet.

It was a completely thorough job and because there was smell from my pets, he recommended treatment for the odor. What a perfect idea. The smell is gone, the carpets are clean and although the carpets are 12 years old, they look way better.

Isaac was on time, professional and very competent. Transformed the living wall to wall carpet in front of my eyes! Thank-you Zerorez... our 10 yr old carpet looks new again :-) :-)
