This was our first experience with Zerorez after hearing about you daily on the radio. Our technician (Jason? please forgive if I disremembered his name) was very good at explaining the service proposed, the expectations, and the price. My expectation is to do this again annually or "as needed". And yes, I will ask if Jason from Provo is available to provide the service.

I was told I was basically wrong on, Situation later to find out I was correct. The issue was fixed but my time was wasted and I was lied to,
. Time I will not get back. That’s all. Customer may not always be right every time . However if a company values an employee lying. Then that’s cool. Whatever makes your business model better.
