I could not believe how well the main floor carpeting was done. It looks practically new. There was stains from the prior people who rented this place and now it looks amazing Will definitely call back another time to do the basement carpeting to finish off the whole house. The gentleman who came to my parents home was very nice and respectful on wearing the mask and booties to keep everyone safe from this pandemic.

Since we will be inside a lot this winter with a newborn, we wanted to get our carpets super clean. We had a wonderful experience with Alex from ZeroRez. He was courteous and efficient. We had a very large stain that he worked very hard at and it looks SO much better. I will be calling ZeroRez on a yearly basis from here on out.
