I had my living room, hallway, bedroom and stairs done. All but the stairs were 10/10 AWESOME! The crew was polite, professional and willing to answer my questions.

But, I called back about the stairs and they were so respectful and willing to work with me to make it right. They sent two technicians back and they again, were so PROFESSIONAL, courteous and willing to make it right.

The steps look MUCH BETTER and I can’t thank them enough. You’ve hired GREAT people!

Great job on the carpet cleaning, however the van left an oil stain on my concrete driveway.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also sent some pretty cool before and after videos. I didn't think the ducts were as dirty as they were but now they're beautifully clean.

Matt did a beautiful job cleaning the carpets in all our Preschool rooms and our Fellowship Hall. Food and snack stains disappeared! Lingering stain odors went away. We're extremely pleased with Zerorez.
