Carpet cleaning turned out so much better than I thought was possible. The only downside is that a couple stains are still slightly visible as I was hoping they would be gone.

I think there is a disconnect between your sales office and your technicians. I was told that I had to be able to come through the 1st floor window and to remove all my screens. And that the technicians would enter the property 1st to assess the situation and then figure out what the bill or estimate would be. When he showed up that was not the case. He said the price was the price that I had been "d and I didn't need to take the screens out the windows peered

But anyway, your service is always great. The guys that come to clean the carpet are always professional and very up front regarding areas that might not get clean, for example if the carpet is real warn in spots. They do an excellent job.
