Great Service. Our carpets look great.

We had all of the carpet in our house cleaned, 4 bedrooms and two flights of stairs. Really love the results, had no idea they were as dirty as they were!

Martin was extremely thorough - he initially walked through the house with me as I explained our problem areas. He was very professional and pleasant to communicate with. He suggested a top spray-sealer product (I have pets).
He took his time - treating my problem areas, the cleaning was so thorough and our carpets look amazing.

Always thorough friendly and on time

Easy to schedule, technicians are on time, and results are good. The only issue I have is that I feel like technicians always try to upsell other services. I paid for extra services this time, but it was $250 more than I had initially planned and I'm really not sure it was necessary.
