It was quick, they clean up after, and the customer service was great.
Simon did a great job and was extremely pleasant. The carpet was completely dry 24 hours later. The reason I didn't give a 10 is because he came in with a mask but his nose wasn't covered. After I asked him to cover it, he had it covered most of the time but not all.
