ZEROREZ did an awesome job on our carpets. With two dogs, one of them a large one, they seem to make a mess of the living room out of both ends. The house started smelling like dog so it was time to bring in the pros. Did the basic treatment and the next level of pet care, and had one spot that needed the premium service, but once that was done, the house smells good again. The carpet is soft again. And when I stick my nose down where I know there have been accidents in the past, I can't smell anything at all. Quality products and friendly service, will definitely use again.
