I had an outstanding experience with Zerorez of Minnesota! My technician, Darius, was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process before beginning.

My carpet was in rough shape, covered in stains, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Darius worked absolute magic. The carpets now look and feel fantastic, and I really appreciated his honest, no-pressure approach to pricing and recommendations. He treated my home with care and went above and beyond. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and it shows.

I’ll definitely be using Zerorez again and will absolutely recommend your team to others!

Zerorez does such an amazing service! When booking appointments, they can be made for the same week. They are always mindful to be careful of furniture and walls. Anthony Turner worked long and hard to clean the room where my late dog spent much of her time. As much as I miss her, I will not miss the spots or odor. He informed me of the after care needed to protect my furniture too. I will be calling Zerorez next time I need my carpeting cleaned. Thank you

The services were good, the technician cooperative, It took little effort to arrange scheduling and there was not a great effort by the technician to "up-sell" services.

Jack was an amazing technician! He was extremely friendly, thorough, and followed up with me throughout the process letting me know the steps he was taking to ensure my carpet was receiving the best care. Next time I will definitely be requesting Jack to be my technician.

the workers know their job , full of knowledge, on spots and stains and how it will come out....and they know their products well. They are so helpful and the carpets come clean every time:) I get them every year to clean my old carpets and they clean well.
