How clean the rugs get
Very friendly service, on time, good communication. Love that they don't use chemicals that make your carpet crunchy afterwards. And the smell of the what they do use is amazing and I'm super sensitive to smells.

The carpet cleaning does a great job. The technician was friendly and professional.
Chaise was terrific and really listened to what we were hoping to do and did it beautifully. I had wool carpet, which is a bit more complicated to clean. Chase knew what to do, and it really came out nicely with no abrading or fuzzing of the wool. (Chase was also personable and great with my eager puppy, who needed to briefly meet our guest before calming down.)
