He explained the cleaning process and also offered us other options for the carpet at an additional cost which I politely declined and received no pressure to add on these services which I appreciated. The office was prompt, responsive and accommodating to my last minute requests of schedule change. The crew arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and finished the job on time and with great details. I highly recommend them. Results were much better than DIY ( which I have done several times before).
