I have used ZEROREZ in the past for cleaning the carpets in my hope and have always been pleased with the service. This time I had some area rugs that needed cleaning so I took them to the St. Louis Park facility. Upon my arrival, I was told that William Hazzard would be helping me. William sat at the desk chair and immediately asked if I needed a chair to sit. I told him I was fine standing and thanked him. We had a delightful conversation as he got the information he needed from me. After gathering my information, he stood and told me he would get the door for me. He opened the office door, walked down the steps with me and opened my car door for me. I was so impressed with his actions and his delightful personality. Two weeks later I was again was taken care of by William. I told him how impressed I had been with the service he provided to me at my previous visit and that I had told my husband about the treatment I had received. He once again took care of me by locating my rugs, and carrying them to my car for me. It is rare to receive this kind of service when working with any company. It was greatly appreciated and my rugs also look good. Thank you, William!
