She was awesome very knowledgeable very efficient and I can’t believe she did the whole house by herself. Amazing. They usually two people when they would come out only service I would use. thank you so much, Kimi.
I had not had my carpeting cleaned for many years and I have three animals and zero did a fantastic job Mike specifically was great. He explained everything so well I always have a lot of questions and my carpeting afterwards I could not believe the difference how much better it looked and it was just great to have it done and I'll be using Zerorez again
Responsive to a quick turn around request, great job removing a troubling spot, good communication on reservation timing, friendly employee upon arrival
We like the clean carpets and grout, but are disappointed with the fact the workers are instructed not to move any furniture or any thing, not even lightweight objects, to help clean more thoroughly.
Have had the same fellow for the 4th time. Great job! Good company!
