The technician, Emily, was outstanding! She explained everything about the process and we carefully examined each room to be cleaned. Half way through a few rooms she brought me in to see the contrast of pre and post cleaning. Most importantly, the carpets look great!

Dax was painfully honest with us, because he was really uncertain he could get the stains out of our carpeting. However, he did a fantastic job and even he was surprised. We are very very happy with his results and would HIGHLY recommend him and Zerorez!
