The technician who cleaned my carpets was AMAZING. I'd had Zerorez out a year ago when I spilled an entire cup of coffee on my stairs. The technician at that time was great and got most of the stain out after he returned a second time. I didn't expect I'd ever have stain-free stairs again, but Ted made it look completely new again!
The technicians were very polite and professional. All work was done as expected and in a timely manner. We definitely would use Zerorez again!

Timely pleasant good results
I like it when I know the price beforehand. I don’t ever want upselling or being told my quoted price was inaccurate and that the previous technician didn’t know what he was doing. The discount for more frequent service (2 times/year) is an incentive for me. I liked it when the technician put plastic protectors under the legs of my furniture to avoid staining. That did not happen this time. I was told that is a service no longer provided. I am elderly and quickly putting baggies or plastic wrap on the legs fast was difficult for me.
Workers were very respectful and professional. They did a great job cleaning my air ducts out and picking up after the job was completed.
The people were very easy to work with.
