Austin, the technician, was so through explaining everything that he would be doing. We had some pet problems on the carpet that he resolved. The cleaning didn't take long, no smell from product he used to clean it and dried quickly.

Zerorez has always done their best on my rugs. I had cleaning done yesterday, July21, and the technician did an incredible job. I didn't get his name, but he was outstanding.
Manny called ahead to tell his arrival time and was prompt. He took care with his equipment to not mark up my walls and was diligent with his time, working steadily. He was courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend Manny to others and would bring him back for my next job.
