The service man was very nice and worked to get my carpets clean. However there was a spot where a cup of cows split. I send in a picture to show in had spread into a large circle and requested to have your specialist come and treat that area. I have not heard back from anyone about doing that. I really need to get the room back in order. Would appreciate a call.

You can definitely feel "No residue" after the cleaning and drying. Drying time was 24 hours. The fresh smell of clean carpet is so pleasant.
