Rob was very courteous, efficient and informed us what he was going to do before he started. He asked for suggestions as to where to begin and how to proceed as our house is a bit complicated. He asked if any rooms needed to be first for any reason and then proceeded as we had suggested. The carpets all look great and the pile has come up just like new.

What do you like about our products and services?

My 10 year old carpeting looks brand new, even in the high traffic areas. I can't believe what a difference it has made. I've only ever had steam cleaning done before but this far surpasses that.

The guys who came were very friendly and polite. They explained what they were going to do and gave me an opportunity to point out any problem stains that I wanted them to concentrate on. they also gave me a free demo of grout cleaning, which I will probably schedule in the future. The prices were very reasonable as well. They were on time and the cleaning service went quickly.

No soap residue or smells of fragrance afterward. My son and I have asthma and fragrance is definitely bad for our breathing. Also, both of your employees were polite, courteous, and respectful of our home. Very happy with the results!

Sevy Bialke did a terrific job! He was very thorough, took great care around furniture and wall corners, and was very knowledgeable about what products would clean various spots and fabrics. I like the cleaning products. The carpets did not feel as though they had soap residue left from the cleaning. The carpet dried more quickly than after other cleanings.

There was an extremely unfortunate scheduling issue which would make me hesitate to recommend Zerorez to a friend or associate.
