Efficient technicians. Friendly and professional techs. Do thorogh assessment of larger soiled areas. Listen to customers regarding spots to remove. Have a portable unit for use in multistory buildings without direct access for hoses to connect to the truck outside. Don't use excess water so the carpet dries sooner. Don't spray the carpet after cleaning with products that attact soil. Products used aren't highly fragrant. A pleasant experience.

I had a lot of pet spots that I was concerned would come back even after the extra treatment. It has been a week and they are still gone. Very happy about that result.

Carpet is alight brown and had many stains. It looks beautiful now. The steps are showing wear and they look pretty good.

My carpet gets cleaned but does not get soppy wet. It dries quickly. My carpet is almost white and I've had them apply their protectant. Works like a dream. My carpet is 10 years old and Zero rez has been the only company I've used. People are amazed at how old it is! I tell them it's because of your products it's held up so well.

Many things. I like that your employees call a half hour before they arrive. I like that they look & act very professional. They are efficient at their job. They give recommendations. I appreciate all of this. Yesterday, however, I should have taken Alex or Alec’s advice and do the Pet Spot Treatment too. I did not. My fault. Especially with two Siberian Huskies. Thanks much!

I had carpets cleaned and an area rug and an upholstered chair. This the first time I’ve had a chair cleaned and Art did a great job getting rid of the dirty stains. He was professional and personable and did a great job. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone. Thank you.
