it would be more difficult because the stain covering wears off.

I was so impressed with the fact that a dog accident came out. The service person was doubtful but in the end it came out.
The service was A-1! The two techs were very professional, both in appearance and demeaner. We had four rooms and a hallway cleaned, as well as a loveseat that wasn't included on our original order. It took only about an hour and a half to get the cleaning and sanitizing done. (We have a couple of greyhounds who love to eat grass and then gack up on the carpet.) We couldn't be more pleased with the results, and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Zerorez again, and have already recommended Zerorez to several friends. Thanks for a job well done!

Yes, I would definitely recommend your company, as I am very pleased with the job that was done on my carpets. They look incredibly good. However, I do have a comment on something that did happen to my floor where the machine was set down. I have a laminate floor in my kitchen and dining/entrance. The machine was set down on the laminate floor by the front door and water had seeped into the floor and I tried to wipe it up with towels but it was too late the water had already gone down into the floor and the finish is now raised and needs to be replaced. I would appreciate any help you can give me on this matter.
I feel very bad about reporting this situation, but in order to fix the problem, I would have to hire somebody to come and do the work as my husband and I are not able to do that kind of work anymore.

Customer service was by far the biggest differentiatior. From the time I called to find out about the services to the time the technician left our house we were given tons of details, they were friendly and professional. The carpets also look and smell clean! They were able to get a few stains up that were really bothering me. We are having our first baby in a couple months and with our carpets clean, I feel much better about baby laying on the floors and about the air quality in our house. I would definitley use you guys again.
