I used to like that the carpet cleaning used no fragrances. But, it appears that you have changed your products and now spray some orange-scented pre-treatment. Too bad. I will probably have to find another carpet cleaner for my sensitive nose.

I could not belive how wonderful my carpets looked after the cleaning! They are at least 14 years old, and during that time we have had 4 cats, 2 dogs, as well as a son who eats in every room in the house! I also thought our technician (Robert McCurdy) was very knowledgeable of your products and services, was very friendly and professional and I never felt like I was pressured into adding anything extra if I didn't want it. He also worked hard on some spots I didn't think would EVER come up, but I was amazed! I also appreciated how accurate the initial estimate over the phone was. I would recommend your company to anyoneand everyone, as this was the best cleaning our carpets have ever received.
