The results and work completed in a timely manner, as well as the employees that came to perform the cleaning :) Was recommended to Zerorez via K102 radio initially way back - but recently my sister & brother-in-law hired them & were very happy - so I then did the same. Anyone should needing cleaning with carpet or tile should hire Zerorez - they handled both my carpet and ceramic tile wonderfully :)

I do have one complaint though, and that is that there was one spot that did not come up first try and when he gave a different spot a 2nd try on my request, it came right up. When I saw the other spot he had already put everything away and did not offer to try it again. I told him not to spray that spot with the stuff that is suppose to protect your carpet because I was going to try to get it up myself. So he left on that note, which did not make me very happy and of course it is right when you walk in my door so it really takes away from the beautiful job every where else. Plus I work with people who used you and said how you got up spots they did not think you would, but that the person that came to their house worked very hard on it. Mine did not, if it didn't come up first try oh well. Which sorry to say, as I recommend you, they will also hear that story as well.

We have had Zerorez come out to our house twice now to clean our carpets. The gentlemen that cleaned our carpets were always very nice and did a wonderful job. We tried another carpet cleaning company long before Zerorez and the guy was nice but it left marks in our carpet for months in some areas. I mean that the cleaning device that was used really left marks. We are very happy and have purchased a number of cleaning items from Zerorez to use on small stains. We have a cat and he throws up and has had a few accidents and the bottles that we've purchased from Zerorez have worked wonders. We use to use the ones you could buy at the retail stores but it either bleached our carpet, made the stain worse, had to really work on the stain and/or we still had some of the stain. I would also like to say that the 1st time Zerorez came out to our house we had a few stains from months before that they were able to get up and never came back.
We love Zerorez and the service that we have received both times.

The Carpet cleaning process does a great job at removing stains and traffic grunge, is safe for pets, and the whole house smelled really fresh afterwards. The technician was professional, friendly, and a very hard worker. He did a really great job! I plan to book again to have my Upholstry cleaned later this week
