Derek (sp?) was so nice and knowledgeable about zerorez and carpet cleaning that I would definitely recommend zerorez to family and friends. He took the time to explain the process and we discussed some spots and stains on the carpeting. He worked extra hard to get our stairs clean and my husband and I both appreciated his hard work and professionalism. We would definitely recommend him also.I didn't think it was possible to get our carpets clean and had already gotten a quote on new carpet but now we don't have to go to the expense.

Zerorez personnel are awesome! They do an excellent job and are so considerate and helpful. Carpets, rugs and furniture looks like new!

Our Technician Joe Colt is one of the key reasons I will use Zerorez again.
He was a true professional and really cared about what he does. You can tell he takes a lot of price in his work. The carpets in all 4 rooms are like brand new. They were cleaned and then treated with Fiber Protection which I am so glad we did. I spilled a glass of water on the carpet and it beaded up just like it was new again. The clean carpets and world class service will make me a repeat customer.

Results were superior on a very dirty and stained carpet. We planned to clean them one last time before replacing them and now feel no need to replace them. Also, the technician was very polite and thorough in performing his duties. He felt one area had not cleaned to his satisfaction and got his equipment out again and cleaned it again. I hadn't noticed it until he pointed it out.

Matt Thompson, the technician did a superb job in every aspect. He called to give me his ETA, then called again just to say that traffic was a bit more, and he would be a few minutes late. He got right to the job, and did a great job. If I were running any type of customer service organization, I would definitely look to hire people like him. You have a good employee

My carpet care specialist was Rob Sotanski and he did an excellent job on my carpet. My carpet had not been professionally cleaned since it was installed twenty three plus years ago, when Rob left, he had it looking like new. I found Rob to be very hard working, knowledgeable in the areas of carpet cleaning and care and about Zerorez in general. In addition he had a nice personality and very good people skills, he is a definite asset to Zerorez, I highly recommend him. Rob, a very special thank you.

I feel Zerorez is a little pricey, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for.

We like that you do not use chemicals in your cleaning solution.

The fact that there are no chemicals used. Also, moving everything except the very
large items, you feel like you got a very thorough job done. Aaron, the technician,
had a nice personality, was thorough with his explanation and did an excellent job.

First guy aparently did not do the job properly. The Second Guy sent out (Robert) was very informative, advised me of the proper steps that should have been take. He fixed the problem. At first was disappointed but now am happy. I will be requesting Robert for a duct cleaing soon
