The stain and dirt removal was very effective. Zerorez was very good about updating us as to when the associate would be arriving at our home. The associate was very courteous and worked with me to identify areas that would require focus.

Cleans up old carpet that is 22 years old. Johnathan was real friendly and answered any questions I had. I liked that their wasn't any vacuuming up after it dried and it smelled clean in my house afterwards. This was my second time using Zerorez and I went to work and told people what a great job you did and I asked if you went all the way out to North Branch where a friend of mine lives so she was happy to hear that. I use to use Coit and I won't be going back.
