Steve R. did such a fine job, I've specifically requested him for a second call to finish the rest of the carpets in my home.

very quick, carpet wasn't damp for very long - in fact felt pretty dry after only a few hours, and was the best job we've ever had done on our carpets. One room hadn't been cleaned in 3 yrs, and all the spills and dirt were not only gone, but it looked like new carpeting again! We are very pleased!

No soaps or detergents are used so the spots don't come back. Service guy, John was super!

From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. From the time I made the initial call to schedule an appointment, until Dennis showed up at the front door. After assessing the job, he answered my questions without trying to oversell me something I didn't need. Great attention to detail, and he took the extra time to get my carpets clean, rather than just going through the motions.

Perform as advertised. Technician was thoughtful, courteous and thorough. We were very happy with the results.

It had been 3 years since we had our carpets cleaned and they looked great after Zerorez. Also, a spot that previous cleanings hadn't removed was gone after Zerorez! Zerorez is a bit spendier, but the difference is huge from other cleaners we have used. I will never use anyone else!

John, the technician, was prompt, thorough and very nice. Carpet has cleaned nicely and dried quickly.

No residue left in carpets. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned, spots treated and removed, and only the pleasant smell of oranges remained(which my granddaughter loved).

We liked the idea of non chemical products. Especially impressed with the two service people that came to our home. They did a nice job, were friendly, well informed and willing to do a few extra touches and rooms we had not planned to do for a reduced price. Certainly will call again when carpets need cleaning.
